pretty pleased with meal design this week. i may just keep it this way through the whole summer. fiber up to 40g+. calories back closer to 1800. carbs back around 200 or less.
fatigue levels are no bad at all. i guess i didn't really love how going over 2000 calories made me feel, so I don't need to keep doing that.
