I'm back on track and have lost 1 of the 2 pounds I gained over Christmas. Bloating is about gone. I'll be having company again starting Wednesday and will be fixing things I can't eat, but I'll be sure to have my own food too. Love for the kids to come and stay with us.

Doing better. Getting back on track hopefully. We'll see what my weight is tomorrow. Gained 1/2 pound over that buffet fiasco. Got it off. Walked 3 miles again today. Did better on calories today.

Commuter parking lot you must be joking. I believe you are on the on ramp and just starting to pick up speed. Okay the gas tank if full of gas and you have an open highway in front of you.
