Well that's awesome I love fresh eggs I don't think I've ever had fresh chicken sausage though. The roosters we had always ended up being fried chicken I'm afraid well I enjoyed it but it was not so good for them. We typically made dumplings from squirrel which taste a lot like chicken but the meat is a lot greasier than normal dark meat on chicken. It's pretty cool that you were able to source fresh ingredients though for 🍳 breakfast.
