Well, it is what it is, and luckily now the holidays are over. New Years is almost here, but I'm going to immediately start working on my nutrition starting today. I have been eating too much bad food, and I need to refocus on eating better foods in smaller portions. I also need to get back into logging all my food again. I know the past few months I haven't been doing to good with that.
