That's interesting 🙃... One bowl of frozen yogurt was the difference 🤣. I'm not bothered by the very tiny gain, it was totally worth it, I have been craving that ish all week. If I was only weighing in today like normal I wouldn't have seen the difference that one bowl of deliciousness made. I will learn from it, and carry on! Everyone have a great week!
