It seems as though I am loosing water weight again. I started intermittent fasting on Monday, and I have been losing a lb or so a day. I haven't ever tried this method of loosing before, and I don't know if I should be concerned or excited. I'm sure after this first week it will level off to a 1 lb or 2 a week. I'm about 120 over weight according to the math. So it is very encouraging to be loosing, and still eating food I love. I have really only made a few changes to my diet, no sodas, no bread, I actually eat chips every single day, on 28 g worth, but they are my most favorite thing to eat in the world, all kinds of chips. I.count caloried and steps, and now I'm fasting for 14 hrs a day. I haven't felt this good in years. So for any one struggling, keep it up and change it up.
