The scale finally moved toward the end of the week. My goal is 2 lbs a week and this one was only 1 1/2 lbs, but I'll take it! I did stay 100% with my WOE, but some weeks are just slower and who knows why. Today I get to see my oldest grandchild!! She is home from college for Christmas break. I haven't seen her since August! I am so excited! I hate that she is so far away, but am happy and proud that she is getting her education and carrying a 4.0 GPA.
