I have finally figured out how to navigate this site. I find it helpful to write what I eat for each meal. This is day 13 of mindful eating. I have lost nine pounds. it is taking everything in me to stay mindful about what I put in my body. today will be another good day. let me know how you are doing. we are not alone in this struggle. have a great day every one.
