thicc i actually was thinking about that after i did a few empty push presses... i used a cheap brace for golf yesterday and it gave me the confidence

has to feel good to be back at it again! wrist straps wouldn't help at all for overhead presses they help you be able to pull more weight than your grip is capable of. wrist wraps help stabilize the wrist and can be wrapped very tightly so the joint can't move around. powerlifters use them when bench pressing heavy weights. just wanted to clarifty that incase you do end up buying something wirst wraps would probably be a great idea and are pretty cheap.

Keep slowly improving with that injured wrist & arm. And you play golf too !! That has been my "go to" sport since I injured my rotator cuff playing baseball in HS. Wasn't repaired until I was 50+, and still cannot throw. :)

awesome work Kaylin!! protect the wrist, and do wrist warm ups, flexion/extension. you might be able to find some squish tension ball things, i used them in Occupational therapy for rehabing my wrist when it was broken.
