I slept for 28 hours without eating for that time period. I then made up for lost time! See my lunch for today. which was actually my midnight snack at work. My goal for the rest of this month and next month is to record all my food intake each day. I still need to talk to Andrea about increasing the data on my phone.

I am looking forward to Pilates in the morning with Karen. I have been slipping on my workouts as well. My plan to increase this is to add a Yoga class before my PT work out on Tuesday mornings for the remainder of this month And add another Yoga class on Sundays beginning next month. I will then suppliment with other classess or treadmill workouts to work up to 5 hours a week of structured exercise.
