Don't know if anyone reads or cares but.....I was 335 at one point dropped to 212 with diet and exercise and have been going up and down since. For about 5 years was a gym rat. Had a trainer twice a week and took spin class three times a week. I wouldn't go to sleep unless I hit the gym no matter what time it was.
This past year 2015 I was at 215 again but went back to smoking and stopped the gym due to a painful shoulder.....lame excuse i know.
Well it's time. I need a re-start. Something I've done over and over again...lol
So here I go again. 230 is not where i want to be. My clothes are tight my belly got big, I'm done with this look.
Determined to make to 199.
