it may only be half a pound lost but that is still a win because I did not gain anything. i am still working out every day. Soon i will be adding some cardio to my weight training. my goal in the next 2 to 3 weeks is to get closer to 190. The gym is part of my daily routine. i only miss a day when my body let's me know I need a day to rest. Less than 20 lbs to go! I will do this. Achieving is my only option. There is no quitting. i am in too deep now.
