so, i hopped on the scale this morning and it read 148lbs. i immediately stripped off my jeans and shirt (just undies) for a reading of 146.6. havent gained a bit or lost since last week. seems to be the story of my life, even stephen.
it is amazing to me when i add up my calories, i feel as though i have done so well for the day, then see i am almost to my limit, its only noon??!! does anyone else have this problem?
