Down 2 lbs so far this week and thats 22 total in 5 weeks! Feeling better than ever and really trying to stay active. What kind of exercise are people doing? I have been doing water aerobics a few days a week and walking. Need some ideas so I don't get bored because I know its important. Also, this weekend I need to stay away for low-carb beer as sometimes i can't help myself after a long work week!
