Boom! Dropped 2 pounds this morning. Bye Bye to the 1 I gained last week and another gone. Crazy how our bodies work. I won't record the loss since it isn't my day to weigh in, and I know it may be back tomorrow, but none the less it made me happy today! All I can do is stick to the program and not get discouraged. My body and my fat have been friends for a long time and are resisting being parted!!
