Had Chinese for dinner because we were too busy and tired to cook. It was the first takeout I've had in nearly a month. It tasted great but was very salty and bloated my stomach instantly. I tried working out afterward but I got a stomach cramp and had to stop after 15 minutes. Will try again tomorrow.

Lunch • mixed greens with a scoop of chicken salad & 1 tablespoon ranch dressing • 2 bite-sized chocolate-covered pretzels
Snack * 1 cup Newman's Own popcorn
Dinner • 1 cup beef and broccoli, 1 cup white rice * 4 steamed dumplings • 1 pork spare rib

Breakfast • Greek yogurt (coconut flavor) • 1/2 banana • 1/2 cup of coffee with cashew milk 1 BM
Lunch • gluten free pasta w/ red sauce & 4 meatballs • small piece of garlic toast • gluten free apple crisp
Dinner • fajita bowl (homemade) with grilled steak, tomatoes, corn, cilantro, avocado, onions and orange pepper (sauteed in olive oil); sour cream and cheese
