Woke up with sore legs from 3 straight days of working out. Groan. But I weighed myself and I'm also 1.5 pounds lighter than I was last week. So it's worth it. :)

Exercise: None; taking it easy today.
Breakfast • Greek yogurt (coconut flavor) • 1/2 banana • 1/2 cup of coffee with cashew milk 1 BM
Lunch • salad of mixed greens, sprouts, cucumbers and a scoop of chicken salad (with ranch dressing) • cup of water
Dinner • fajita bowl (homemade) with grilled steak, tomatoes, corn, cilantro, avocado, onions and orange pepper (sauteed in olive oil); sour cream and cheese
