Went for a walk this morning wearing a pedometer. One hour and fifteen minutes but still didn't reach 10'000 steps. 8289 .... but not bad. Ruined it a little with a high calorie sandwich when I got in. Got a day of exercise tomorrow to kick off a new plan so hoping for a weight loss next weekend.
