Yesterday was a 100% day and so far today is also. My net carbs have been more than usual from a Greek 100 yogurt yesterday, and an Atkins snack bar today. The Atkins bars taste like something that should be totally off limits, and I restrict my use of them to a minimum cause I don't want to get used to eating sweet stuff.
