I follow the Hallelujah Diet. It can be found on the net but not listed here on Fatsecret. It is a vegan diet without processed foods. It really is amazing how healthy I feel and I have been following it for more than a year. I enjoy a smoothie for breakfast every morning and a huge salad for lunch. I drink a quart of fresh carrot/beet/celery juice every day. Dinner varies, but often I'm not even hungry for it. Often I will have something cooked like a sweet potato or some soup. Last night I had a very large juicy tomato. All organic, non-gmo.
