@Food Duty…this was my 1st time making it. The texture is exactly like bread to me. It’s stable and cuts in 1/2 easily with a serrated knife and doesn’t just crumble apart! Flaxseed flavor is not my favorite, a little strong for me, but the egg masks it. I eat ground flaxseed for the anti inflammatory fat in it, since I’m not well, I figured it couldn’t hurt 🤷🏼‍♀️ (plus, for the fiber)

Recipe: 4 TBS ground flaxseed, 1 egg, 1/4 tsp baking powder (I added a little pink Himalayan salt). Microwave for 1 minute.
