Will power and deprivation is difficult to maintain long term. Figure out which foods have too many calories, and start swapping them with lower calorie alternatives. Drinking your calories is the worst. Try to find a way to get off sodas and juices and switch to water and unsweet tea. That continuous stream of sweet is an addiction (that addiction includes artificial sweeteners). This forum is full of good food ideas (and a few bad ideas). Best wishes on get it off and keeping it off.
