Protein “cookie dough”. 2.5tbs powdered PB, 1 scoop KOS plant protein, 2tbs bake believe SF dark chocolate chips, and a little water. (I usually only do 2 scoops of PB powder and 2tbs chocolate chips but had an extra sweet tooth tonight!)

Thank you for sharing! It sounds like it can be stored in the fridge or freezer if you make a batch if you section serving sizes.

@Tim…raw. It’s in powder form so I add cold water 💦 (from my fridge) to the powdered PB and KOS protein powder to make it a “cookie dough like” texture. Just a little water at a time so the powder mixes, but it’s not runny. A thicker consistency. I’d say approximately 2-3 tbs?? Then add in the chocolate chips. I do use both products in other recipes that are baked, or cooked but not this recipe.
