Yep it’s well documented in my journal. Im turning 60 in about 6-7 weeks. Im 5’9. I have a lot of skin laxity for which i am getting skin removal surgery. I wouldn’t think at 159 that would be your case. Im down 90 pounds. You may want to incorporate strength training and lifting weights. There are lots of folks on here who can really help you in getting started. You literally could just spend 30 minutes 2-3 x a week on that and should be sufficient. I workout with a trainer 2x a week for 45 minutes total. (30 with her and 15 on my own) and walk pretty much 7 days a week between 4-9 miles a day. That’s it. I was doing just fine on 4 miles a day but wanted to bump up to get last few pounds off. Lots of exercises for abdominal area are easily availalble for beginners via YouTube as well. Hope i answered your questions and gave you some guidance. 🥰

Runs4fitness and lightning-so funny cuz i feel like im perpetrating a fraud. My trainer says im too hard on myself😂. I have goals to look like some of the girls i see on here (rpl and diana and cheesy and wifey and and and and)
