Apparently, there is no room for junk food in my diet if I want to lose weight and keep it off.

Salty snacks also tends to equal water weight retention which can look like weight gain. Drink a lot of water and get back on track today. I suspect one day will not be your undoing.

Yeah, what Vanessa said. Water retention can mess up the numbers. Make sure you drink lots of water.
