Had great day at work but it was hard My Dad’s been gone long time now I fell into old habits of eating too much junk feeling guilty and sick 🤢 now trying to purge but nothing I do is working going to bed soon to stop thinking new day tomorrow. Time to start over🥴❤️🔥
