Facing another dilemma... set out to go to Curves yesterday morning and 25 min's later I realized this joint is TOO FAR from my house for me to make an honest commitment to go there! (totally bummed out about that.)
I found another location about the same distance but more on the side of 'main roads' to get there. (the first one above had to take all back roads to get over there.) We will see tomorrow how long it actually takes to get to that location.
Otherwise, hubby said to just order the DVD's and see if I like doing Zumba in my living room and keep up the workouts at the gym. (nice suggestion yet not yeilding the desired results.)
We'll see...
Beyond that, life is good. Mom continues to seem out of sorts...more so than usual, since returning from my sister's. Her sleep schedule is messed up, some personality changes going on...just can't put my finger on it yet. Her Dr. wanted to put her on Anti-Anxiety med's ...but after researching about these types of meds, I am thinking this is not the right answer for her.
Perhaps some Valium for the caretaker! LOL! (not to make light of anyone who does suffer from anxiety issues or anything...)
Anyway... off to church this morning... and to the gym this afternoon w/ hubby!
