To write or not to write
I have just send another job application of. After more then 12 years with my company, I do not feel valued anymore. Not that anybody critizes my work.
New 'chief' executives make decisions and enforcing new policies without consulting anyone. Why? Cause they can!
And then to be told: Get on with it. Really?
Its nearly 5pm and I only had raw food up to now. But I am looking forward to my dinner. Walk first, then aloo saag with poppadoms, watercress & cucumber.
Stomach growling now - laters :)

I think it's human nature to take people or things for granted over time. It inevitably happens. That you are willing to make a change that is not easy for most people says a lot about you as a person: brave and unwilling to settle for less than you deserve. Good luck finding a new and better job.

It's important to feel validated and also that you have some say into things, especially if it used to be that way and now it's not. I used to work for a tyrant, his way no matter what with everything, deviate and you paid for it dearly. No good. Hope you can find something better that is rewarding.
