It seems like the more I've exercised recently, the better I've felt and the more I've wanted to do it. Keep up the good work! By the way, how do you like the coconut milk? I've seen it and the almond milk, but haven't tried either.

You are on your way! You can do this, after all YOU are worth it! You deserve to be healthy and fit. This journey is for no one but yourself. Sometimes it is hard to do things for ourselves, but WE ARE WORTH THE EFFORT! I have no problem doing thing for my husband or my teenage daughter or my church, but doing what will make me healthy and stronger has been hard. Taking time to exercise or plan my meals or extra money for healthy foods that only I will eat has been tough, but I AM WORTH IT! After all if I don't take care of myself, how will I continue to take care of them? Good luck on this journey!

tbaum- Coconut milk tastes really good when you have something bland like Cheerios for breakfast! The Silk kind in the is sweeter than the ones on the shelf though.
