Woke up all achy and sore today after boxfit last night.
Not sure how well I'll be doing today or tomorrow food wise as my boyfriend is taking me away for the weekend. So I am expecting to find I have gained when I next weigh in. That being said I am looking forward to my weekend and just got to get through the next 6 and a half hours of work (my God, its not even 11am yet?!?!?!.
