after a 3 mile walk to get my 10,000 steps in for the day a nice fruit salad to end the night off perfectly :) im on day 2 of walking 10,000 steps a day for 30 days straight!!! so far so good!

Fruit looks yummy! I’ve been getting out and walking every day but then Mother Nature flipped the switch and made it way too cold. So now I need to find a different way to exercise
