Cheated a bit with 2 x hot cross buns and a 5 - 6 flings chips yesterday, but went for a 7km run this morning to make up for it. On the last day of the 4 week plan today and 8kg down. Tomorrow is the first day of 2 weeks of metabolic adjustment, increasing calories while keeping the weight constant.
I will probably cheat tomorrow (you can’t have Easter without an Easter egg), but then back to the plan.
