It was a little tricky to cut thin enough to be foldable. I ate the mistakes and it took me a few. But I got it. Not too hard. Hubby thought they smelled. But hey. They smell like radish. And it tasted like a nice mild, crispy one at that. I love sliced radishes soaked in ice water. So these reminded me of that. Nice bite!
