Riddle me this, Batmans...
Why did I wake up at exactly my goal weight (185.00) today? Yesterday I ate a huge breakfast, then had a second breakfast when a coworker brought bean & cheese tamales to work. Then I just said "f*** it" and went to Burger King for lunch to get a veggie burger, fries, and a HFCS loaded soda. Before I left work I ate some more bean and cheese tamales to top off the tank. I went to karate class, but we had a new student so we went a little easier than normal. After class I ate again (CLIF Builder's Bar) at 9:45 PM. I wanted to get some reading in so I stayed up later than normal trying to finish "Born to Run", so I didn't get as much sleep as I needed.
I basically did everything wrong. Maybe the BK Veggie has magical powers or something. I dunno. It hurts my brain to think about it too much.
