We took the kids to a touch farm yesterday and my husband took some photos of me with the kids. I was feeling super positive about life and the weight loss journey until I looked at the photos. That bummed me out man. As much as I can see the numbers dropping on the scale, it’s hard to look at myself and accept that this is where I am.
