Its Friday, so not a night to be good..therefor chicken kabab, small chips and a couple of glasses of cider to top it off. I promise to be good for the rest of the weekend...no until next weekend for certain!!
even so saying that I am upto 100% of my daily intake, but not over it, thats not too bad is it?
