I really have been the poster child for roller coaster weight gain for the past 3 years, but I guess that 2 kids, covid lockdowns and weirdness and floods that kick you out of your house for half a year, on top of normal everyday stress would probably do that to a person. BUT I guess there is no point in dwelling on that shit, so we pick ourselves up and we try again.
Committing to a 4 week plan, starting today.
