How did you calculate your calories? Its sound so less comparing whats in your plate

It's a small plate, so it looks like more than it is; Apparently it helps to trick your brain into thinking it's getting more food.
The calories are correct though, I use a food scale to measure everything I eat. It apparently looks 'obsessive' to some people, but it works for me.
