Ok day four and I can't stop eating! At least I stayed on track and only ate Atkins approved food. I know I am not supposed to have "Carbmaster Yogurt" yet, but the sweet tooth was out of control! I did good though and made it throught the entire day! YIPPIE NITE Y'ALL!!!!!

The fourth day is always the killer, I remember writing something similar when I started, its purging the carbs and getting rid of the cravings, by day three and four they are nawing at you. Don't worry about the yogurt, hang in there.

I feel your pain. I started over induction today and all I can think about is sweets. I think tonight I'm going to go home and make cheesecake for one. Cream Cheese, Splenda, and a tiny bit of vanilla extract. When I'm feeling naughty I put in a tiny big of unsweetened cocoa powder for that chocolate monster on my back. It's so rich a little goes a long way for killing those cravings. Stupid cravings!
