Three pound drop this week. Increased my protein and quit drinking coffee with creamer and sweet and low, which has helped with the weight loss. I cut out certain foods in steps to decrease the chance of cravings, which has worked out really well. My fat/protein ratio is 60/40 now since I’m walking every day. And I feel so good. Saw my endocrinologist today and she wants me to do it for 6 months total. She was very supportive which surprised me. 👍😊
