Today’s salad is by me! As in I grew it from seeds on my counter.

If this continues to go well, I may put in a salad corner somewhere in my house next year. I waste so much dressing, etc, from that bagged salad I buy.

It is just beautiful. Nothing tastes as good as fresh out the garden.

Those are some gorgeous greens! Inside, eh? May have to try that. We have way too many rabbits in this neighborhood to grow them outside

Yes, they’re hydroponic with one of those little kits. I put in three seeds at a time and most have sprouted one it two plants. I think I’m going to have to cycle plants to maintain a constant source, but it shouldn’t be too hard. The taste of the arugula is amazing and the spinach is really good. The kale tastes like normal and I don’t think I’ll grow more radicchio. I’ll try something else instead. Still can’t sprout any freaking basil, which is funny because it’s super easy to grow outside.
