I switched things up a lot after 2 weeks of seeing absolutely no change. I'm on getting that scale to start moving than seeing body comp changes. I can do that later.

I started just focusing on protein (100-120g) a day and adding in veggies for more nutrients. Very little starch if any. Most carbs are coming from veggies and fruit. I will add fat, via olive oil or avos. So far so good. I'm in my 50's now and change just doesn't come as easily as it use to. It's taken 3 weeks but I'm finally down a solid 5 pounds. 15 to go!
