Body fat: 37.2%.........Dr. has diagnosed me with pmdd so I am taking yaz. Hoping it helps with water retention as well the emotional issues that come along with the pmdd. It's supposed to help with energy,too, I think. Still keeping up with my "lose it" app on my phone, and I'm really enjoying it.
