Hello! Today I weigh 115 lbs. I’ve lost a significant amount of weight from not eating due to chronic stomach issues. I’m in excruciating pain when I do eat, so I tend to avoid food/ heavy meals. I normally eat between 1,000-1,400 calories a day in small snacks. Apparently my RDI is (was) 1400. To slowly lose weight. Now to maintain my weight of 115 im supposed to eat 2300. Now that I’m on medication I can eat again! My goal is to tone and build muscle. Starting today I will be tracking my foods and every meal, I’ll start with a goal of 1400 calories a day, then increase to 1,700 as i increase my time in the gym. I will work out 4 days a week to start and will gradually increase to 6. Im very excited to be starting this journey.
