Redporchlady thanks!! One of these days I really need to take measurements of my body to track things better I'm always suggest it to everyone else but never do it myself. I should really do it soon to keep track during the next few months of this bulking stage. This was just one example of progress going over looked. I usually just do my calf raises between squat sets with whatever weight is on the bar at that time. I write it all down but I don't focus on loading enough weight to stay in a specific rep range I just go until I can't possibly do another one.

Supergainz1 thanks you know that's just because all I workout is legs hahaha I always skip upper body days 😅 😜 I'm happy with the way the bulk is going can't wait to keep growing and getting to unwrap them all in the spring!!

We are opposite. I have naturally muscular legs so I focus more on upper body and do legs more as a full body lift. You're legs are looking very good!💪

I can relate. I have had big calves since I was in grade school. I was a sprinter. So far they have not gone away.
