So for people going the low calorie diet approach what is your rec ? I have been tracking my protein and calories and noticed my protein is slightly below spec. Not trying to "get muscle" but even low carb is still low on protein. (I am supposed to hit 1900c)
To be clear the weight loss is working I am worried about health
