No drop today, BOO! It actually went up 0.6, double BOO. I think it is just water retention, because we were running around so much yesterday and I didn't really drink enough water for as much as I sweated and was outside. I also had a late dinner that was pretty salty. I had a little headache this morning and that is a sign that I was dehydrated. I am sure it will go down soon, but it still is not cool. :/ I did good this weekend and I was hoping to be rewarded.
Not recording the temporary water gain, I am sure it will be gone by tomorrow.
I have a lot of cleaning to do today, OH JOY. I guess I will do a regular workout in the afternoon. I will update later. Bye bye!

Edit:Too much junk today..oh well it can be an up day.

Yeah don't worry about that .6...it'll disappear off the scale before you know it since it's probably not really there! LOL! Have a good day!

Sometimes it takes a day or so for your body to reward your good behavior. The problem is our minds want to be rewarded right away! You're doing great!

I have been terrible about my water and really need to step it up on that end. That scale will go down soon I am sure.
