No drop today, BOO! It actually went up 0.6, double BOO. I think it is just water retention, because we were running around so much yesterday and I didn't really drink enough water for as much as I sweated and was outside. I also had a late dinner that was pretty salty. I had a little headache this morning and that is a sign that I was dehydrated. I am sure it will go down soon, but it still is not cool. :/ I did good this weekend and I was hoping to be rewarded. Not recording the temporary water gain, I am sure it will be gone by tomorrow. I have a lot of cleaning to do today, OH JOY. I guess I will do a regular workout in the afternoon. I will update later. Bye bye!
