finally got a scale for the house. it calculates BMI and tells you how many calories to consume to maintain my weight. That's a pretty good tool since I'm tracking foods right now. I was surprise to learn that my BMI is up to 23. I remember it being closer to 19 a few years ago. I have to work harder. I can be fit and healthy if I choose to be
So my weight is down a little more....maybe. I stood on it naked....so i'm not paying much attention to the numbers. Although my starting weight of 155 was naked...so I've legitimately lost 7 lbs.
I got up early to take the DH to work. Got all dressed for the gym, but of course it doesn't even open for 2 more hours. I've already lost some motivation. My eyes are puffy and tired, so I suppose I'll nap for an hour then go. But, I'm thinking today would be a good day to try biking to the beach....less traffic on the roads.
