I'm so excited! Getting closer to my goal, a number on the scale I never - NEVER - dreamed I would ever see again.

I'm here to tell you that it is worth it. All of the times of by-passing the donuts at the office, saying thanks but no thanks to the high carb (& high calorie) cookouts at work, reading nutritional labels and choosing to take a low carb approach to mealtime. Every single decision to do it right even when the scale numbers didn't move an ounce for days...the drive to take better care of myself...it's all worth it!

So if you're struggling with your weight, stay focused on the goal. You'll get there, and believe me you'll be glad - VERY glad - you stuck with it, stayed the course, and continued on in spite of setbacks, second-guessing, and that little voice in your head telling you it won't work. It's your body. You control what foods go in your mouth. You decide which way you'll live. You have a choice to live heavy or live healthy. It took me 10 years to make the right choice, and boy am I ever glad I chose healthy!
