It's going well. Working as I am (early voting) I am surrounded by three women who literally eat candy every single minute all day long. (Well, except when they're eating chips.) And I have not eaten one bite of either! Honestly, the MORE they eat, the LESS I want to! Eating more carbs than I want to, because of packing my lunch, but I'm not obsessing because I'm always well under my daily calorie count. The way I see it, I have so much to lose that I'm best to just focus on only a few thoughts. Like rather than the whole amount, I'm thinking of 10% at a time. 25 pounds sounds easier and more accomplishable, right?
